Very bad experience. I have successfully completed all 3 rounds of interviews and after salary discussion they said we will give offer letter in 2-3 days but after 8 days the director is rejected the profile giving some non expected resons . Never look our career with KGISL very bad experience and management is very bad.

You'll be think that you're school rules are better than the new HR rule. Better avoid this company even a startup company with 10 employee can give you a more salary and increment than this company with same kinda of work.

Boons:- * Free Lunch * Friendly and Supportive Trainers * Salary on time (1st of every month) * Good Learning Banes:- * Sudden Layoff without any prior information or notice period * Work Pressure * Effective Time (Like in School, They'll monitor that you have to be in your cabin for 8 hours with your door punch) * Low Salary * No Increment * Benching for long period without assigning to any team * You definitely won't get any feel of working in a IT firm and only you'll get a feel of studying in a strict school

If your are getting a call about a Job oppertunity from this campus. Don't attend that. They lie to everyone that they giving job oppertunity to specific persons, but they provide some kind of paid courses. I actually experienced that. Dont fall for this calls. Worst Experience
